| OBJECTIVE OF THE MOBILITY EXPERIENCE The aim of the mobility was to develop practical skills in creating No-Code applications using Airtable and Softr. The intern gained skills in interface design, data management, tool integration and teamwork. Mobility increased his chances on the job market, enabled him to complete some of his professional internships and showed the expectations of the modern job market in IT industries. |

| ACTIVITIES/TASKS CARRIED OUT - creating your first database in Airtable (e.g. book list, movies); - creating fields and views in Airtable, working with different types of fields and views, such as text, number, date; - importing and exporting data to Airtable and exporting in CSV format; - basic data manipulation: sorting and filtering; - creating tables and customizing different fields to the table (e.g. dates, numbers, checkboxes); - calculating in Airtable, creating calculated fields, e.g. sums, averages, differences; - working with views in Airtable, creating different views of data (e.g. Grid View, Calendar View); - defining the goals of the application, determining what kind of application will be created (e.g. project management application); - creating an application mockup (prototype), designing the application interface in a graphical tool; - choosing a no-code platform for building the application – Softr; - discussing basic UX/UI principles, introducing the principles of designing applications with the user in mind; - creating a prototype of your application's interface; - defining the database structure in Airtable, defining what data will be stored in the database (e.g. projects, tasks); - dividing into roles in the project team, assigning tasks in groups, e.g. responsibility for UI/UX design, integration with Airtable; - working on a selected project in teams, first joint work on the application in groups; - reviewing mockups and prototypes, presenting your mockups and application prototypes; - support for Make and Zapier platforms for business process automation, which allow for the integration of various applications without the need for programming; - support for ClickUp, a comprehensive project and task management platform that integrates various functions in one place, allows for organizing teamwork, tracking progress, managing documents, using AI tools for process automation. |
